Returns

Changed your mind. It happens to the best of sailors.

You can return unused goods within 45 days from delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Goods must come back unused, in the wrapping they left in.

To start a return, use our returns page: Start a return. We email you a prepaid label. A flat $6 return shipping fee is taken from your refund.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching our workshop. Original shipping is not refunded.

Exchanges

We are glad to swap a size or a colour. Start on the same returns page and choose Exchange. We send the new piece once the original is on its way back.

What cannot come back

Items from our Seconds shelf are final sale. They are marked Seconds on the product page.

Monogrammed goods cannot be returned, since we cannot sell them to anyone else.

Market stall purchases

Goods bought at our market stall are exchanged at the stall within 14 days. Online orders follow this page.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email hello@mastandwax.example within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a refund, your choice.
