These terms apply when you use this site or buy from Mast & Wax.

Who we are

Mast & Wax is a small workshop that makes rope goods and beeswax candles. In these terms, we, us and our mean Mast & Wax.

Orders

When you place an order, we email you a confirmation. A contract is formed when we send that confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and we will tell you if we do.

Returns

Returns and exchanges are handled as set out on our returns page.

Using our goods

Candles are an open flame. Burn them on a heat-proof surface, away from anything that can catch, and never leave them alone. Rope leads are for walking dogs, not for tying up boats.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
